The SureFire Strategy To Online Success

We have all heard of people making money on the Net. With some earning
in the millions of dollars.
We have all heard the gurus repeatedly state that 'the money is in the list'..
And yet how many people really go ahead and build their list?
Well, if you really want to succeed online, decide to drop everything else you're doing online and focus on building your list.
Why? Because if you're looking for an easier and faster way to succeed online don't waste your precious time and money. Because there isn't any. You'll just be
disappointed. Like countless other folks before you.
So, you decide to follow this advice. Build your list as big and as fast as you can.
Okay, how do you do it? The most practical way to build your list is to
offer folks something of high perceived value in exchange for their name and email address. This could be an ebook, a piece of software, an e-course , online marketing tools or even a free ad placement.
Just make sure that what you offer will either help your prospective list
member "solve a problem, prevent a problem, or help him/her achieve a desired goal". In exchange you get the persons name and email address.
Are you getting the idea? Remember that studies show that each memberof your list is worth $1.00 to you per month on the average. Doesn't seem like much? Cory Rudls list has a million names in it. At one dollar per name per month, well you do the math.
To offer your incentive to prospective list members advertise your lead capture page carrying the free but valuable offer. This is what you offer or promote to the general internet community. Do not promote your business opportunity or affiliate program as you will hardly get any sales or sign ups.
It's logical to promote your affiliate program online isn't it? Yes, it's logical theoretically but it won't work. Simply because most people online don't know you and don't trust you.
To become successful online you must be able to develop a large list of people who are interested in the same general topicie. 'niche'. And then you will need to convert these strangers into friends, friends into customers,and customers into repeat customers.
To convert these strangers into friends, a newsletter or ezine will be very helpful. This way you can send useful information to your list on a regular basis. Say every week. It would also be nice if you could call some of them up via any of the online messengers. Nothing builds rapport better than the
personal touch you know. And rapport with your list members is what you want.
Now let's remember our main reason for all this activity'to make money. Well, you can monetize your efforts via your ezine by placing two or three
relevant ads in it. These are the ads for your business opportunity, ebooks, software or whatever. You promote these to your list members only. Since they know and trust you, if your offer is good chances are good to excellent that you'll receive orders. Never promote your biz op to the
general internet community.
You can also email your list members every now and then. And they won't accuse you of spam because you have their opt in emails on file.
Do this for a few weeks to a few months and before you know it you'll finally be making money online.
