Internet Tip
Refreshing Sites
We all visit web pages with dynamic, frequently updated content,
such as <http://www.msn.com/> with things like news, stocks, and
the weather.
Sometimes you just can't get the page to refresh. You hit the
refresh button but it's the same page (and you just know it's
been updated). Explorer is stubbornly refusing to re-load the
thing properly.
You'll be glad to learn there is a little trick you can use. Just
put a question mark after the URL. Your browser will think it's a
new page and re-load it for you. The question mark won't affect
the page or the way it's displayed.

Your image shouldn't be about cost...
...but rather investment.
Nothing is as important to your online business as your
professional image and yet not everyone understands this.
Consider for a moment the traditional business world.
As a business person would you take a plain sheet of paper and
write your customer a letter? I don't think you would. You would
use your best stationery with your company logo and letterhead on
it. You would type your letter using 'trigger' words that
'calls-to-action'. You would fold it neatly and place it into an

fierce and everyone wants a piece of every customer and/or
prospect. You need to demonstrate a sophisticated level of
professionalism. One very important way of doing this is adding
