How long have you published ?Publisher: This newsletter started in January of 2005. |
How did you get started publishing ?Publisher: After losing over 165 pounds and helping my family to lose an average of 60 pounds each, all in just over a year, I realized I had learned a lot about how to get fit. I decided to share what I had learned with others who were struggling as I had. |
What can a reader expect from an issue of ?Publisher: I share diet tips, recipes, fitness advice, and personal stories. It is my hope to take others on this fitness journey with me. |
What is the most rewarding aspect of publishing ?Publisher: It helps me to keep focused on my own fitness goals and inspires me to be more creative and proactive in my own health so that I have more to share with others. |
